The Siesta Key Chamber of Commerce wanted to shift its site from a “brochure model” to a visitor-centric destination experience for one of Florida’s top beach destinations.

Zehnder led custom development, UX design, and the migration, backed by a dedicated Customer Success Manager and Technical Success Manager from WP Engine.

    The Chamber needed to move beyond a static “brochure model” site, improving visual appeal and navigation while making member resources easier to use and growing membership and ad participation.

  • The SolutionA visual rebuild, migrated with care

     Zehnder built the new site on its own AWS platform before migrating it to WP Engine, adding an updated logo, new information architecture, and a member portal and directory. The agency also created advertising placements and implemented a new sales model to drive annual sales goals. 

    Migrating to WP Engine’s managed infrastructure provided the enterprise-grade speed and reliability needed to support this visually rich, high-traffic destination experience.

Beyond the 94.11% increase in average session duration and the 44.6% increase in pages per session, one advertising partner saw an 800% increase in views,  part of a broader lift across the site that Zehnder credits to the redesign’s new navigation and visual design working together with WP Engine’s migration tooling.
