Q: Why can’t I use my personal email (@gmail.com, @yahoo.com, etc) to apply?

We require a business email that we can match to your website so we can create a unique user profile and ID.

Q: Do I need a website to apply to WP Engine’s Agency Partner Program?

Yes, we require our partners to have active websites that display their services.

Q: Is this program the same as the WP Engine Affiliate program?

No, this program is not the same as our Affiliate Program. This program is specifically for agencies who build or maintain websites for their clients. Our Affiliate Program is for those that recommend WP Engine, but do not have clients.

Q: Is there a certain amount of sites I need to refer in order to join the program?

Nope! There is no site requirement in order to join.

Q: How do I know which tier I fall under? How do I move up the tiers?

Every new partner starts off in the Member tier. As you refer more revenue you may move up the tiers.
