WP Engine Recognized as a Best Workplace in Poland
Great Place to Work, the global authority on workplace culture, has also named WP Engine’s Kraków hub a Great Place to Work for Millenials
WP Engine has once again been named one of Poland’s Best Workplaces by Great Place to Work, marking the second year in a row our Kraków hub has been recognized as a workplace of choice.
WP Engine ranked 10th on the list of 30 small and medium businesses in Poland, highlighting organizations that have built exceptional, employee-validated workplaces through trust-based, people-first approaches.
In addition to the larger Best Workplaces list, WP Engine also ranked fourth on the list of Best Workplaces for Millenials in Poland, further validating our Polish team’s commitment to fostering a great workplace and their dedication to our company’s Core Values.
In addition to the impressive rankings on both lists, the accolades come only two years after WP Engine Poland opened its doors, and the second year the team was eligible for Great Place to Work certification.
Becoming Great Place to Work-certified is a prerequisite for future placement on the organization’s Best Workplaces lists. To become certified, members of our team in Poland responded to Great Place to Work’s research-backed Trust Index survey, which gauges the level of trust employees experience in their leaders, the level of pride they have in their jobs, and the extent to which they enjoy working alongside their colleagues.
HR and Leadership teams also successfully completed Great Place to Work’s Culture Audit, which explores all of the programs and practices WP Engine has established that make our workplace unique. With this information, Great Place to Work identifies outstanding employers who foster a trust-based, “people-first” workplace culture for their employees.
In addition to exemplifying WP Engine’s workplace culture, the team in Poland has also played a major role in recent product growth, complementing our global teams with expertise in web application development, artificial intelligence, UX, and WordPress expertise.
Since 2020, the team in Kraków has been instrumental in the development and launch of new WP Engine products, including Smart Plugin Manager, which has been used to automatically update more than one million plugins across WP Engine customer sites, and Atlas, the complete headless WordPress platform, which helps developers build, deploy, and manage headless websites with the power of WordPress and the best of modern web development.
As our team in Poland continues to grow and provide essential support for WP Engine’s products, the great workplace culture they have in place and continue to receive recognition for will undoubtedly serve them well.
