The ChallengeA license renewal forces a rethink
JBT Corporation relied on Sitecore to power its digital presence, but the system was complex, relied heavily on developers, and had expensive licensing fees.
Facing an upcoming license renewal, JBT needed a more cost-effective, scalable solution. To support rapid global expansion across their FoodTech and AeroTech lines, they required a flexible CMS that could enable internal teams to publish localized content quickly for international audiences.

The SolutionA multilingual multisite, built for scale
Americaneagle.com migrated JBT to WP Engine and built a multisite network. This allowed JBT to centralize 30 reusable UI components while managing regional sites from a single interface.
The Oasis Workflow plugin customized publishing approvals for content creators and a custom Weglot integration, automatically translating over 10 million words into seven languages.
WP Engine’s partnership and industry-leading performance were crucial ingredients in the success of this project.
